Ok...have no idea what we have done the last couple of weeks, but they have happened. Slowly preparing for this little girl to be born. I'm definetly feeling the nesting urge and the thought that everything needs to be done now!
Biggest thing is probably that we finally closed on the rental property that we purchased just down the road from us...cute older farm house that is in pretty good shape. We have a renter already - Travis. I think he is really looking forward to being out of our house. You know an older sister, a 2 year old, and soon to be a newborn can cramp a young guys life. We have really enjoyed having him live here and Charlie just adores him. He is "my Travis" to her, so I'm sure there will be a little bit of withdrawal for her, but we will still see him often.
It still amazes me how smart and naughty 2 years can be. Charlie remembers where grandma's house is and her friend's houses and can point them out as we drive by. She also seems to already know how to push mama's buttons...she tries things with me that she would never do when with dad. She is just the funnest to hang out with each day! I'm so blessed to have a husband that works so hard for our family, so that I can stay home and raise our children!
The little rugrat is right now chasing the cat in the front yard with a cup of water. The cat is pretty tolerate, he is not even running away from her. He must be pretty hot too...it is so hot today! The day is making me think I'm too pregnant for this weather.
Hope everyone is well! God bless and love - Holly
