I tweeked it some...we use spelt flour and I used the heavier wholegrain spelt for 1/4 of the flour, I used sucanat sugar rather than white in the dough and coconut oil rather than veg. oil. I did use butter though and I did half sucanat and half brown sugar for the filling. You could always skip the frosting. God bless - Holly
